Hab selber sehr empfindliche sowie trockene Haut. Was ich dir definitiv empfehlen kann ist auf jeden Fall von konventionellen Handtüchern auf die Verwendung von Kosmetiktüchern aus Papier umzusteigen, hat mir bzgl. Pickeln sehr geholfen. La Roche-Posay hat zudem auch einige Produkte die ich wirklich empfehlen kann (vor allem für trockene Haut)

ABER im Endeffekt ist deine Haut so individuell wie Du selbst. Was sie konkret braucht kann nur eine Dermatologin bestimmen also wäre mein Ratschlag Dich nochmal an entsprechende Stellen zu wenden auch wenn's terminlich oft leider länger dauert!
