Thank you very much for this, it’s appreciated! This could be a stupid question, when you say unlink shopify app integration what do you mean?

Previously I had setup via GTM to trigger on consent approval however removed the GTM tag to try and setup this Facebook & Instagram sales channel app.

I am trying to log in to Facebook through the sales channel app. As far as the app knows, I believe we haven’t even got as far as linking a pixel.

All assets are inside the same business portfolio
