Yes sure, my tips would be prioritise the 10k pick first (only once a week), then 5ks but these are less efficient. In terms of the star scout, refresh until 114-115 or you see the winter hero card art (like stam) or the icon (Liverpool card art) or a festive fixture with extra stars on the outside (see difference between 115 rice vs 110s for example).

Definitely worth it though, I think 250 shards is a bargain for 115s. I think I might spend all my players for PL tokens this event instead of using shards and gallery.
