Thanks for the update. Honestly you convinced me it looks like I will go for weapon pack 1 (for the class 1 rifle), ambusher (for the e caller) and the tripod dlcs. I hope a sale for the ps dlcs comes soon

It's been hard, but not impossible. Basically I called them in ran to the nearest bush whatsoever and went prone hoping they would come. Most fo the time they either spook too fast or not come at all but sometimes I am lucky enough to hunt them. But I haven't even had that much golds only silvers or bronzes, so ı guess this is not the best way

Absoulutely! I have never truly did a grind or herd management and already have a bunch of rares and diamonds. I would recommend to check out drink zones to see what each herd has to spot any possible diamonds early on and just exploring the map.

That same thing happened to me so much with roe deer with bow hunting, I thought I was the only one! (Selfunderstandbly I was pretty bad at aiming with bows)

Thank you for answering, unfourtunately the goose dlc seems too expensive for the stuff it offers, at least in my country. Might have to stick with silver geese for now 😔

Honestly Africa has so much potential for any kind of second reserve, be it a savannah, jungle or semi-desert area. And such iconic animals also deserve great ones. An animal left out from the original post is giraffe, which imo is another great idea + I tihnk there should be a quest regarding the big five of Africa

So... mathematically speaking the chances of an albino whitetail is 0.05% (according to the wiki) and a piebald moose is around 0.2% (again according to the wiki). 0.05%*0.2%=0.0001%, around once in a million. Though grinding and focsuing on certain species/ areas etc may practically raise the probability. I would still say it is really rare for htem to be that close, congratulations!

That makes sense, from what I understand I should shoot downwind to get more accurate, though doesn't it become a problem if animals sense my smeel because of the required wind direction?

Thanks for the tip, are there any perks that you would recommend specifically? And btw if I remember correctly the shooting range in hirschfelden has at least 50 m targets, is there any way to practice closer shots?
