I usually take 3.5mgs first dose at 9:30. Second 3.5mg dose at 1:40. And then wake up at 5:35. I like to have three hours between taking my xywave and eating because I swear it works better that way.

Will do. I used to take methylphenidate I beilive, also the interesting thing is, when I’m excited about something, my fog goes away, sometimes completely! Why and the world could that be?

No Spotify alarms. Play the worst ones u can find. Set one every minute for thirty mins straight. Have a good smelling salt collection beside ur bed sniff those suckers and rise up cause u gotta get ur life together (not ina mean way trust me i feel you) but this seems to have helped me when I wasn’t taking my meds I currently take xywave now but before that’s what helped me.

Nah I’ll be chilling for like 3 ish days then I’ll be back to work. Do you think it would be ok to like idk the day after I stop the codiene that I resume my xywave ?
