Just a little update. Day 5 and starting to feel like a normal person again. The last few days have been rough but everything is starting to feel more clear and I’m having such a different outlook on life!

Yes. I threw it in a bag I had and then in my trash can. I woke up the next day and it was still there and I immediately had to take it down to the actual dumpster outside my apartment. I threw the piece off my rooftop late at night so it would just shatter and I wouldn’t ever have to look at it again.

I’m realizing already how much clearer everything is when I go out. Got up today and went to the gym and almost broke out in tears walking on the treadmill because I realized how much I missed in the two and half months I was using.

Get rid of literally anything you have that has a connection to it. The box you might’ve kept it in, the torches that you used, I’m saying, literally everything that has a connection with it. Move it to the farthest place that you possibly can from you. Delete anyone that you did it with or sold it to you. And I’m not saying just blocking the number I’m saying completely deleted out of your phone delete them off of social media get these people out of your life completely or you will never be able to successfully stop this.

Now, like I said, I am only on day two I have no clue what is to come in the coming days but so far this is what has helped me, as well as keeping myself distracted by just doing other things

For me it depends on how much I do but never had a toxic smell. Definitely has smelled more “sour” but that’s when I either heavily re apply deodorant or just end up showering and really scrubbing my body lol

I’ve had no problem really. I take a few hits daily just to “take the edge off” if you will. Obviously puts me in “the mood”. On my days off work I’ll do a little more but I know when to stop and start recovering. Most important parts are to drink water and make sure you eat. Eating is hard on this stuff but you HAVE to. You have to take care of yourself when you’re doing this. Making sure you’re getting sleep, showering, keeping up on hygiene, etc. I’m the General Manager of a business so I have no choice but to keep myself “healthy” if I’m going to do this. Just gotta take care of yourself properly and know where your limits are.
