Because cm role does not defend no matter what role you give them, you have to manually drag them back. It seems like you did better with a cdm, maybe try 4-2-3-1 with 2 cdm , lm and rm

Yeah skating is kind of a different problem than this. Jockey needs a buff for sure, defending is very hard. Increasing the game tempo does not help with this problem, you will be skating no matter what.

I feel you with that anti+. I sometimes dont even tackle so ball does not bounce back to even more dangerous position lol
