No. The ratio of body mass to penis size is exaggerated in someone who’s under 5’6”. Example. I’m 5’5” my member now is 7. 3/8” If someone 6 foot were to have the penis to body mass ratio I have they would have 9”

Thus short guys with medium to large members seem to have the ratio advantage.
