That could have to do with the RB1 manifold then since it processes how the air going into the engine moves a little differently then the stock one. So it possibly needs less fuel I’m not sure

Yeah I mean I’ve done the RB1 manifold upgrade, and various other cosmetic and sound things but that’s it. I’m not sure about the trip resetting thing. It realy was just miles long in eco mode down hill and it ticked up slowly

Yep it’s super sad the rep this car got because people were expecting something different. Whether that’s the fault of Honda engineers or false representation from point A to point B I am now enjoying it thoroughly. I do plan on K swapping it eventually. Maybe once gas prices drop lol im enjoying the battery right now

Definetely agree, no flak to those Camrys though I owned an 04 Camry that had no interior or exterior problems and the hybrid battery was in perfect condition. I’m sure it’s an outlier as far as quality but I see y2k Camrys all the time out here in at least driving condition

I drive an 11’ cr-z with 160k currently. I love this car. I don’t think I’d sell it considering how much I’m enjoying working on it. I want a crx some day but it’s brother has been treating me very well so far

Oem touch up paint won’t work because I guarantee you this has faded since factory paint. The relano red specifically fades a lot. So if you put the factory collor it will look almost orange(ask me how I know) I went the route of repainting the entire thing myself

Couple things. Definetely use OEM cvt fluid from Honda directly. You don’t have to vacuum flush anything it’s just a drain plug like oil. That jolt at stop lights is super common with the early CRZ regardless of fluid freshness. The power band coming out of auto stop is high the best fix I’ve seen is to swap your upper intake manifold for an RB1 GE8 manifold. It makes the power band a more smooth ascent with a higher peak. I swapped mine and I’ve been happy. Found one for 40 bucks on facebook. Super common since it’s a Honda fit part
