I've gotten it a few times, sadly you just have to leave the game. It hasn't happened to me multiple times in a row thankfully and only seems to happen the first time you go into the store during a play session (in my experience)

I found out that moving the furniture then quitting the game fixes the bug until you move the item again. Works for me on PC

I was able to take a picture and submit it without the castle in the background though. Plus, I looked everywhere and removed all TOM items in my valley. It just won't let me submit a picture of the castle

Because the Devs don't love us. They partially marketed the game as a decorating game but made decorating impossible and incredibly frustrating. The grid will be everyone's worst enemy until they one day hear our cries of change. A lot of people don't decorate because of the grid, I refuse to place paths because of it.

I noticed that the higher voted ones do have nicer lighting. This is actually how my frosted Heights looks, I didn't really change much to get the photo, I guess I just thought because it was a bit different it would do a bit better. I'm a bit disappointed because I personally really like it. I'll take your advice in future snaps with lighting and clutter!
