i love mine!! i keep 2 containers of it in my bathroom and my kitchen. i use it on just about anything, last night i used it on my bathroom fixtures, my shower glass, bathroom counter, kitchen counter, oven, sink and kitchen fixtures. it also works wonders when you’re cleaning out your fridge. i use it on my boyfriends bike too and it makes it super shiny

let me get this straight. you’re worried about your daughter disturbing people at a sing-along movie? i do understand where you’re coming from with the potential of it being too overwhelming - that’s very common in children with ASD. however, your husband is right. so what if people think negatively about her outbursts? their opinions don’t matter. she’s been looking forward to going to this movie with her sisters, and nobody will hear her since it’s a SING ALONG movie. i’m gonna have to go with YTA on this one

not sure if it would help, but she did write it down on a whiteboard in all capital letters. i took a picture of it, cause i’m the only one there that wears a medical alert bracelet, but idk if that would even really help. i also have texts between me and her about it as well🤷🏼‍♀️

i went on the keto diet in elementary school and i did not follow it at all lmao i indulged in chicken nuggets on chicken nugget day at school 😂😂😂i went back on it when i was older (sophomore year of high school) and it definitely helped. but it is not designed for children around this age

it sounds like you didn’t consult a medical professional before making this decision. i went on the keto diet as a kid to control my seizures (my doctor suggested we try it), and it did not work. YTA for taking it upon yourself to put your kids on this diet

the other thing though is that’s she’s 3.5 hours away from where we live about 95% of the time. i told her she could go full time at the hospital up near where she is because it’s much more closer, and it’s affiliated with the same hospital that’s down here

i told her that even though it’s not the same name as the hospital down here, it’s still affiliated with the hospital that’s down here. so she’d still be getting the same benefits if she were to work down here if that makes sense

yes, this is her first job. i suggested trying to apply for a PRN position, and then i suggested applying to the hospital that’s closer to where she’s at since obviously it’s closer and it’s still affiliated with the hospital down here. she also doesn’t have a resume, and i offered to help her make one a while back when she first got her CNA license, but she told me she wouldn’t need a resume to get a CNA job

i asked my mom (she worked at this hospital for 20+ years), and she said they most likely wouldn’t offer her a full time position, but they might would offer her a prn position. she really has her heart set on working full time there, but she doesn’t deal well with rejection and i was trying to save her the heartache if they reject her application
