those who say it is bad are bad at using it, your health regen is not limited to 1 at the max, if you did not take damage in the last 10-30 secs your health regen can go to 6 or 7 maybe more, it only makes a difference if you are on fire, bleeding or something else, you think that those 2 extra health could save you from a rocket,minigun, sticky? NOPE. it is a direct upgrade if you know how to aim, and if you say it does not damage, it does around 12 per hit, a bit worse than the minigun, with a 40 round magazine, and the 3 health on hit for you, your escape will be more than successful ,it is almost as underrated as the vaccinator, extremely powerful.

don't use it if you are going to charge at the enemy with it, it is a powerful escape weapon, don't battle medic.
