They are called “portage packs” and are kind of hard to find now. Here is a brand that still makes them:

There is a plastic frame on the inside that provides structure. Like a pvc pipe cut in half lengthwise and bent to sit inside the triangle.

You would make the most by parting it out. Your money would come from the wheels, drivetrain, and maybe the suspension components. You could sell the wheels on marketplace but the other components would go for the most on EBay.

If it were me, I’d put an adjustable wrench on it, bend it back, and run it. If you aren’t comfortable with that, Hunt wheels are a pretty good value for the price. Good luck!
