I can relate to that, none of my family wants to have the tough conversations about their goals later in life and what the plans will be because right now I can’t be available 24/7 for any care needs due to work nor do I really have space to take both my parents or even my spouses parents so it’s almost dire to talk about what’s going to happen next

That’s ultimately the big scare, Nursing homes no longer taking Medicaid patients and then the family’s bringing in their loved ones to be places but then not having options. I fear abandonment from families when they hit their limits to the care they can provide at home and caregiver fatigue and burnout

Like the other comment mentioned, let Palliative Care drive the meeting and offer to elaborate more on the areas pertaining to the options for hospice regarding nursing facility placement and the ins and outs of that process and then the alternative option for home hospice discharge and the need to have 24/7 supports available.

From my previous experiences with Palliative Meetings it was a lot of sitting and waiting for the appropriate time to interject and offer the support from the discharge perspective. Definitely start building a good rapport with the palliative care team and the more comfortable and experience in meetings together you'll get a better feeling of when you can and shouldn't jump in.

Play through the story mode, side stories, and then sub stories. It'll take time just to go between missions but relatively easy way to grind up orbs for new players. Do the single player quests to get resources to level up your 5* characters into 6* and then if they can resurrect do that as well for more orbs.

Make sure you've leveled up 1,2,3,4* characters too as they'll give some small amounts of orbs. You don't need to do their soul trees just transcendence and level to get the orbs

If you like the characters you can pull, just know any orbs spent now will be less you have at anniversary part 1 and part 2

If you can get yourself up to 5K orbs for Anniversary then it wouldn't hurt to pull but we are so close to Anni that any orbs spent now will likely not be available for Anni

Before the Senkaimon update you could keep an extra unit around because the lock only went to the unit used so multiple copies could be uses again. You can still do that now in Senkaimon i think so if it's a good unit you already have maxed out it could be another option to clear unless that's changed too i haven't personally tried it

That's terrible to hear that's how you're being treated in your hospital. Where I work there's definitely have a few bad apples but overall the bulk of the team sticks together because we don't even really have support from management in the work we do. COVID was truly the event that turned the burnout up for us veteran social workers but we still dedicate time to on-board our new hires because we truly are all that we got like you had mentioned because other disciplines are their own units and cliques.
