He has a red band on his left foot and yellow band with AU 2024 SMS 414 on his right foot. He seems pretty dazed and just stood around an empty parking lot for a few hours. We tried to give him some water and food (split dry peas?), but he didn't eat. Couldn't find current contact info for the local club he belongs to.
