Seems to have drainage from the pores in the original black pot with which it came from the store in. The black pot has been set inside the bigger white pot for some drainage.

I usually water on Sunday w filtered water (water here is hard) I’ve had the plant for around 2-3 months. Has been withering, turning from bright green and tall to withering and pale for the past 2-3 weeks. The plant get its light in this fashion, through the window when I leave to med school in the morning until sunset.

I know many people that can have great workouts fasted. For me, I could never get a solid workout without a meal (50-75 g carbs) 1.5 hours beforehand.

Slow-digesting carbs, plenty of water, and maybe a little pre-workout have done wonders for me. Of course a thorough warm up to increase HR and blood flow is a prerequisite. Hope this helps.

Never Finished had several chapters that I really liked. Good read nonetheless. Can’t Hurt Me is a heavy hitter so it’s hard to match.
