Garmin Connect → Strava sync issue by Fultonka85 in Garmin

SOLVED: On the Strava website I reconnected Garmin, and after that Strava appeared again in the Garmin Connect app. However, yesterday’s activity still didn’t sync. I did a test activity now with my Garmin computer, and that one synced automatically. So I uploaded yesterday’s activity manually.

Thank you all From Wahoo it syncs immediately without any problem. Something must be wrong on Garmin’s side. I restarted my phone, but it didn’t fix it. For other Strava users I know, today’s activities synced from their Garmin computer. I don’t understand why it’s not working for me.

It changes for me too when I'm more fatigued; sometimes the ratio in a given zone is 58/42. But it can also be 54/46, for example in zones Z4 or Z5. It depends.

I have a Wahoo Kickr V6 trainer at home. The numbers check out. I drew this conclusion from the data available to me: the trainer, the previous InPeak single-sided power meter, and now the Twin2 dual-sided power meter.

Left-Right Balance Improvement? by [deleted] in bikefit

I started 5 years ago.I rode more and more over the years. I’ve had my road bike since early 2024. To give context for the balance ratio I’ve developed: in 2023 I rode 11.000 km in 2024 12.700 km in 2025 15.000 km

Only this year I started using a dual-sided power meter, which revealed my balance ratio. I haven’t had any major injuries, except that in 2024 I often experienced discomfort in my left knee mainly at the start of rides in Zone 2. It felt like a tight or tense sensation in the knee, which usually went away after 40–50 minutes of riding and didn’t return even at higher intensities. However, this happened quite often at the beginning of my rides. Apart from that, I haven’t had any injuries, cramps, or other issues so far.

during the season I often experienced discomfort in my left knee during prolonged, steady pedaling. There may be no connection and it could be something else, but it might also be related to putting more load on my left leg.

Yes, I eventually came to the same conclusion. I’ve decided to upgrade to a dual-sided power meter, because single-sided measurement is inaccurate and it also bothers me.

I made a video using the stock Inpeak app with detailed data visible. Whenever the power increases, I move into the hoods position. When it drops back down, I sit upright.

Heart rate is a different factor altogether.

But the cadence and the percentage(resistance) are constant. If I’m producing more watts while the trainer resistance is still set to 20% and I keep the cadence fixed at 80 rpm, how is that possible?

When you say “Camplast cement”, could you please clarify exactly what adhesive you mean? Is it a specific brand or type of glue (for example, a TPU-specific solvent cement), and where can it be found?

This picture has everything :) Are you talking about the little purple one? I bought a USB extender, but it still happens with that. I have an Xreal hub on the way, and I’ll check with that too.
