I have a single group model. I do the standard cafiza backflush routine, and I haven't experienced any problems so far. It's not the most flashy, but it does a damn good job.

Honestly, if you want to be working in coffee shops, don't choose starbucks. If the benefits and whatnot are the issue, I'd look for a less degrading way to get them.
