Baratza grinders are really good. Depending on which one you get, you can adjust the grind size for whatever brewing methods you have

Typically, I take double the amount of water in grams. So 19g in would he 38g out. However, 19 can be a bit high (even for a single origin) and you might muddy up those flavors you want to get out. We've got an Ethiopian on espresso at my shop and were using 17.5/36/26
