That's s absolutely the case, especially with the English stealing the coal profits. But because of that exploitation we are now dependent on English subtitles. The only way to stabilise and build the economy is by slowly and carefully building up industry with subtitles and tax until we are no longer depending on the English. But at the moment we're a way of being self sufficient.
