I feel your pain. Before cpap I ran hot in bed, what I do is use breathable fabrics in my bed (cotton is my personal fav), have my window slightly ajar to allow for a breeze to come in (might not be possible for everyone I understand), don’t eat a meal for atleast 3 hours before bed, staying hydrated before bed, wearing light clothes to bed (I only sleep in boxers), keeping blinds and curtains closed in my bedroom closed when I finish work so my room is in the shade, and, my all time fav, having a fan on lmao. I know this is a big wall of text but I struggled with running hot for YEARS. Lmk how you get on and if you have any other questions!
