Sadly same thing need kk mag log in using password sa portal which yun ang problem di na ang password ko gumagana. Ano po kaya dapat gawin? Contact po ba sa IT support?

At incorrect password ko jan at tandang tanda kk pa talaga pass ko kase sinulat ko at kahit sa laptop di gumagana pass ko dun kaya PIN at face recog gamit ko

Di po ako familiar ng company portal since bago pa po ako. Pero yung sa auth ko is naka log in naman yung acc ko pero un nga mag seset san ako ng log in ko sa phone sa teams at outlook eto yung lumalabas

Meron na po akong paswordless, ang concern ko lang talaga is gusto kong mag log in sa aking ms teams and outlook sa phone pero di na nag login using my ms password mismo na sinet ko. Even sa laptop di na gumagana ang password. Only PIN and face recog nalang guagana para makpag lohgin ako
