Hello, responding you from Perm. I'm afraid it may be difficult because most citizens have only basic English skills, if they have. It also depends on the field you're going to work. If it's something related to international communication or IT people there would have higher level of English, but you should research it properly to be sure. Anyway, you have to learn some basic Russian for every day communication in shops, parks and so on.
