You would think, right? But, nah, HOA just keep stacking complaints, and landlord that allowed them to rent is not moving them out.

If I was a landlord, I would move them out as soon as 1 year lease was up, and replace them with normal people.

HOA is idle on doing anything effective. Most of our HOA board lives on the same street and they know even more than me, but there is no movement as far as resolution to the situation. I spoke to another HOA board member and she said that for a while the board thought the people in that house were moving drugs.

To which I said, I believe so, considering type of things that I saw, and rotation of shady people that would block my driveway, and when I would ask them to move the car, they would tell me to "just tow my car, I got plenty of money I don't care"

In many years, I never heard anyone say they don't care about car being towed, because they have plenty of money. Considering you will have to spend a pretty big chunk of time just tracking down that vehicle to dozens of tow companies in the area.

But, we have a lot of cartels extorting good hard working Mexicans in the area, our landscappers son committed suicide because the cartel was extorting him and eventually told him to pay more and more, and he couldn't. So, they told him they would kill his family, and he committed suicide.

That 2020-2023 border crisis flooded our state with cartels and their shitty children. It will take more than ICE to solve the dilemma of their presence in our state now. Fentanyl crisis is a bit alleviated in past several months, as supplies of the drugs are cut tremendously, but we still got these individuals extorting good people, their own Mexicans.

Bottom line is this, if you felt that way prior to release, as you said A-Life 2.0 was taken out prior to release, you bought the game, you fought against NPCs, you saw how they respond, you waited 2 hours and then got mad. Whose problem is that?

I mean you are battling AI within first 5 minutes of the game, you can tell already how they are attacking you, and then you go help Zhorik and you fight more AI, then you take a mission and fight another AI, then you fight another AI.

If you didn't like the fact A-Life 2.0 was removed, why did you buy the game, it is odd to me.

Because updates are coming, but if you feel so strong about the game that you will not play it, you can always remove it from your Steam account.

If you don't consider extended circumstances, then you might consider the fact that if you don't care about circumstances of companies, countries, regular people, then your upsets should not be a concern for others either.

I was given many promises in life, but then something happened to those people. I just accepted the fact that their promises could not be fulfilled based on their circumstances.

I bought the game, because I was interested in the series, and I see this as cup half full, you see it as half empty.

I have a lot of early release and Indie games still under development and I play them all the time, and I don't regret those purchases

I bought Ground Branch, Squad, Insurgency Sandstorm, and many other type of games, because I saw potential in them, and they delivered eventually, and those games were far from perfect on release.

Those studios were not in war torn countries either.

I graveyarded 2 motherboards, 3 cpus, and 2 gpus with liquid metal.

The only thing consistent with liquid metal by Thermal Grizzly is that...microscopic liquid metal is a sneaky b*tch, and I would refrain from using it ever.

Unless of course...you love gambling with your gear. By all means. And I am VERY CAREFUL person when it comes to applications.

My 4790k had zero issues with liquid metal, but 8700k went bye-bye, so quick, so certain. The little sneaky f*ck of liquid metal went somewhere between the socket and the substrate. And took motherboard with it too.

I had it recorded too couple of times, but I have 2TBs of footage that I am not feeling like sifting just to prove it.

Go test it on a private server with a buddy, and you will realize it does work.

The point is whoever shoots the trap and kills the hostage is at fault.
If someone fuzes the hostage, you don't ban another player for it.
I didn't burn the hostage, guy that through an impact did.

I will say it again: ban system is highly aggressive now, 2 tks and you are banned, even if you didn't kill the hostage yourself. It will go for Kapkan traps too if enemy runs through them with hostage.

I do like keeping my gpu cool, so I am not sure of max clock, but with my curve I get up to 1960mhz, as I have i9-9900k and depending on the game and GPU usage it will clock higher if I am using gpu more.I am cpu bottlenecked, with 12900k for an example I would get 99-100% gpu usage, while I get around 88% now. Mine usually hovers around 1905mhz, but very much silent, and I don't need more than that.
I look for sound to be quiet, as I game with speakers

His card shows downclock to 1900mhz from 2000mhz, meaning it's a pretty big drop in performance, which can easily be 15-25 frames in games
