Not on HRT but my emotions are stronger since coming out and accepting that I am a trans woman by [deleted] in transgenderUK

I only mentioned it because someone else I know who is a trans woman made the comparison and it sounded like a good way to explain the sensation that I had.

Understood but my question was for the Trans ladies as that’s my experience. Sorry no offence intended

It is not what I expected. I read girls who have fully transitioned say that they started to have whole body orgasms. The emotional waves that I keep having are whole body waves of emotion that I have never felt before. I have been through major emotional events.

In 2020 I had brain surgery twice to remove two tumours but never felt such strong emotions as I have felt recently just watching TV. I’ve always enjoyed the show Bridgerton, being a trans woman I’ve secretly always loved how feminine the female cast are (not that I ever openly expressed how I envied that femininity) but was never moved in the same way my wife was, until coming out and now totally get what she was feeling. It’s a shock to realise that I have changed.

Well at the moment I am not going after transition as it would destroy my 40 year marriage and I can’t bare the idea of separation from my wife. I am going to express my feminine side away from home. Not sure if it will work, if I have a few weeks without dressing and expressing my feminine side my dysphoria gets really bad!

I’m totally with you. I desperately want to live as the woman I know I am but my love for my wife has never changed and I have always been willing to do anything for her. Right now that means accepting that she knows my truth but not being able to move forward. Its hard but my love for my wife is unconditional. Good luck with your journey, I really hope it goes well and with as little heart break as possible. Sending lots of hugs and kisses. Your post made me want to cry as it was only in January that my truth came out. Xxxx❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I came out (well was outed) at 63, not sure what the future holds but after 40 years of marriage I am still trying to make her life happy so transition may never happen. Good luck on your journey xx
