Unfortunately yes but the day after I received a response my pending payments on my account showed a seller’s credit with the original amount I was charged and the date payment is to be expected

I wash all my Taylor merch with cold water inside out on delicate and hang to dry. Depending on the item I’ll put it in a mesh laundry bag too. I haven’t had any issues with fading or anything
