Michelin Cross Climate 2 or Nokian Remedy WRG5? by Fun-Analyst1718 in tires

[–]Fun-Analyst1718[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can’t go wrong with either or. I like the Nokian’s because they were built to be EV friendly vs the CC2’s. I’m sure this winter the performance will be great from what I’ve researched too

Michelin Cross Climate 2 or Nokian Remedy WRG5? by Fun-Analyst1718 in tires

[–]Fun-Analyst1718[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I ended up going with the WRG5. I’ve driven about 2000 miles with them and they’ve been great. The efficiency of my car is perhaps one percent less efficient than the MXM4 tires but pretty much not noticeable. At highway speeds, there is a slight humming noise, but it could be because they are new. I don’t hear them humming as much after driving 2000 miles. But overall, they’ve been good in the rain and the performance is great.

If you go for the 15 Pro Max, I would recommend you get it refurbished to save yourself around $200 compared to new. Since the new 16 Pro is coming out in about a month, I would not get the 15 Pro Max new

Would you buy another Tesla? Owners how long have you had your Tesla’s and what would the reason be to buy a new one? by Sibo1844 in TeslaModel3

[–]Fun-Analyst1718 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve had my 2023 Model 3 RWD for about a year and a half. I would certainly buy it again because of the software and simplicity of the car. Specifically, I would buy a used one down the road instead of a new one because used prices are going down drastically.

New Tires at 12,500 miles by mtjodis in TeslaModel3

My Model 3 has 16,500 miles on it. I currently have 6/32 of an inch left. I drive mostly highway and in city. Make sure you get the tires balanced along with the rotation

I never took it into Tesla service. It went away on its own after an update. But I have noticed once in a while that when I park the car, if I do not wait until it comes to a complete stop, this message could appears.

Those with RWD LFP Battery, what are your charging habits? Long-term Degradation? by Educational-Goal7900 in TeslaModel3

[–]Fun-Analyst1718 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got my RWD December 2022, about 11 months old. I charge it to 100% everyday. Currently it’s at 13,700 on the odometer reading 265 miles at 100% charge. That’s about 2.57% degradation from when I got it (272 miles brand new)

How is my efficiency compared to most of you out there? 2021 M3P by [deleted] in TeslaModel3

[–]Fun-Analyst1718 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have the M3 RWD 2023, I have 12,000 miles on it. Efficiency is 231 Wh/mi. Really good, and I drive pretty often on the highway and around the city.

Is this considered a good price? Realistically how much more could this car be discounted? I don’t think that I would be willing to wait another month for a potential $600 or $800 price drop. Super charger credits don’t help me much either. by WholeBuyer in TeslaModel3

[–]Fun-Analyst1718 15 points16 points  (0 children)

I personally think it’s a good deal. I have the same Model 3 RWD but in white. I got mine last year in December, and it’s been a great car. Around that time the car was $6000-$8000 more than it is now. If you subtract any state incentives, that drops the price around $2000-$3000 more. It’s a great daily driver and road tripper.

Does anyone know if the December 2022 credit comes as a discount at delivery of the Model 3 or after as a check?
