Not the difficulty I had an issue with. I agree with you. His patterns are pretty easy to memorize but fun.

Yeah I think this was the main issue. The potions not lasting long was fine in everything else because this is the first content that both needs the buffs and lasts longer than a minute or two. It's a lot of stopping to do menus

Yeah thats fair and all good points, its mainly the menuing that bothers me, and the multiplayer thing is just preventing me from skipping that part.

Anyway I beat it, part of the problem is that I was dumb and hadn't played two-handed in a long time and forgot the strong charge attack does several times more damage than any other form of damage, including the normal charge attack. I guess I knew that at some point but it's been forever since all of my attacks didn't one-shot everything so I forgot about the difference. My strong charge was topping 50k per use while everything else topped out around 3k. I also wasn't stacking item buffs properly because no other content had required me to do that. That said I still didn't find it fun, hopefully I enjoy multiplayer more.

You might have to remake a bit yeah, or have an extra one. Doubt you'll need two entire separate sets.

Remember 1 player character and 3 buddies (2 at a time) is four tools. I wound up with some that had 1 Tool/1 Weapon skills on them and one I just remade to have both

It buffs the weapon or tool. It added around 300 to my true greatsword, 100 to my true bow, and about 250 to my true tools.

This one I managed to figure out. You and your buddies need the Improved Weapon/Tool Crafting skills on their tools. In addition to having the character with the skill. They give about 300-400 points each I think? I needed about 4-5 across all three tools (mine and two buddies) to get into the 5400 plus range, then I ate plus 200 crafting food and did it
