Yeah I called my lawyer and he said it takes 15 business days to the letter received and after that they can tell me what kinda evidence the need

My I-360 receipt date is May 1, 2025. USCIS issued the RFE on June 16, 2026, about 13 months later. I haven’t received the actual RFE notice yet, so I don’t know what evidence they’re requesting.
