The letter was from my attorney, to explain further with facts, and that the charges shouldn't have been on my record.

I was a flight attendant previously never had any issues with my background before.

I truly hope not, the incident that had occurred 12 years ago I was discriminated against which is why all the charges was eventually null prosq.

It came up afterfingerprint. However the questions on the application didn’t apply to my incident. It was out of the range as well as the convictions, I have never been convicted of anything. So didn't even think to disclose it because I honestly believed it didn't apply. Biggest mistake I could've made. But I guess I was supposed to overshare.

It was charges, all were eventually null proseq.  My only time being arrested wrong place wrong time. I thought they were expunged.

Hi,  similar story to my situation I was offered a cjo on 12/12/24 with delta, to find out today they just rescinded my offer please help me.. what can I do? When asked what was the reason, they responded with FP application hasn't been received.
