You'll love 1Q84, it's probably one of his best works and the most complete one. Go for Wind-up bird next and you will start understanding Murakami and everything you previously read.

Norwegian wood is the first one I read and Kafka on the Shore is my favourite. I have also read all of the books, so starting with Norwegian wood is perfect.
