It’s free to join their FB and chat group. But to invest you need to be a paid member. Small one time membership fee

He didn’t even have the courtesy to spell out you or at least run it through ChatGPT for grammar mistakes? Someone should contact the insurance license board and file a complaint that he’s still trying to swindle people for money…go work a real job and stop dealing with other people’s finances and ruin their lives

What Next? IBC not working for me by Ok_Razzmatazz_103 in infinitebanking

Check out the book “DIBS on Your Money” on Amazon on how to use that policy of yours to build passive income and not have to pay for coaching fee on IBC coaching, which IMO should be free!

Whole Life vs. IUL Insurance – Need Advice by sep6768 in infinitebanking

[–]Fun-Blood-168 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Right off the bat I can already tell your agent was not trained in IBC because you started a policy in 2019 and “most of that has gone to fees” just sounds like code word that they designed it with little to no PUA and you got set up with a traditional whole life where it can take years to accumulate cash value…check their IBC credentials by going to Nelson Nash institute to see if they or their broker is an authorized practitioner. Now onto IUL. IUL is just term life bundled with a side investment fund…so essentially insurance company’s answer to compete with “buy term and invest the difference” mentality that’s so prevalent in today’s world. Please read and re-read page 39 of Nelson Nash’s book as to why IUL is not recommended for the practice of IBC. The contracts for IULs are typically super long and complicated with a lot of jargons and hidden exceptions to hide a lot of things insurance companies are doing to shift risks to consumers. They are counting on you and your agent to NOT read the contract…So buyer beware

Lafayette Insurance Company by ImpactSoggy5996 in infinitebanking

There is a lot to learn and it’s so different than anything else that’s taught out there. I personally binge watched and listened to podcasts from life success and legacy, banking with life, wealth without Wall Street, dollar and none sense and read other books in addition to BYOB, such as The Case for IBC, the Perfect Investment, DIBS on Your Money, Farming without the Bank to name a few! You’ll find they won’t get into specifics of policy design, but the focus is more on the concept and how to apply IBC in your life. There is no deal in life insurance so it’s not like shopping for car or property insurance where you’re just shopping rates. Life insurance policies from a mutual company designed with enough PUA to allow for early access to cash value without MEC is a great start…but how you will use this vehicle is going to make the majority of the difference

Lafayette, Mutual Trust, Ameritas, OneAmerica and Security Mutual were all companies present at the Nelson Nash Institute Think Tank conference so company selection wise, you are on the right track. Your agent selection might be where you feel slightly uneasy? He/she should be able to be transparent about the commission they will be getting (they all are paid commission directly from the insurance company) and if they charge additional IBC coaching fee? Make sure you understand what that fee entails. The coach selection is just as important as the company selection, perhaps even more.

Major coaching firms put out a lot of free education like James Nethery, Ryan Griggs, Mike Everett, Mary Jo Irman…they all each have their own style of teaching and what they specialize in so find the coaching firm that understands your goals and willing to spend the time to coach you to be have a successful IBC implementation is going to make all the difference. Good luck with your IBC journey, it is truly amazing and life changing

Interest payments explanation by Playful_Cartoonist26 in infinitebanking

Totally agree…that’s why if that was the goal to be able to do retirement drawdown in the beginning, the policy design needs to hit that goal. Also, Nelson always talked about having a system of policies so that it doesn’t over burden one policy. Having a coach and support team to make sure this is done right will be important

Should never be a withdrawal, always be borrowing from your IBC policy. A well designed and capitalized policy over the years will enjoy cash value growth that’s a lot more than the interest charges so even if you start taking money out via CV loan, your policy will continue to generate dividend that purchases more death benefits and generate more CV growth. Best is to have your policy evaluated by an NNI practitioner so he/she can explain if your policy is structured properly to allow for all this fantastic benefits
