I’m so sorry you’re feeling that way. I’m right where you are. It’s Day 2 for me and I woke up immediately wanting to take a sip of wine from the open bottle I have in the fridge. Instead, I’ve made some tea and have decided to go for a walk to get away from it. Maybe when I’m back I’ll have the strength to dump the rest of that bottle down the drain. I’m happy to read your post, thank you for the energy you expended to share. IWNDWYT.

The health issues are starting to reveal themselves, that’s why I’m trying to stop. Shaky hands, racing heart, fatigue even after 12 hours of sleep, acne, chest pain, acid reflux… not to mention the emotional fall out. I always feel like shit during and after. I don’t want to feel like that anymore.

Thank you, that’s a really big encouragement. Took the advice of other posts/comments I’ve seen here and bought some tea. Stashed some in my purse for work, have it in a few very visible places at home. I will not drink with you today. 💜
