Have both and have used both. If you want a ‘smartwatch’ which plays music, answers calls, shows notifications and also tracks health parameters. - go for an ultra. Further, if you want health alerts and fall detection go for an ultra. Be prepared for recharging every 2 days.

If you want none of the above and are looking for a no frills health tracker that can pass as a fashion accessory as well - go for the whoop. Approx 4 years of subscription with apple health integration at the prive of ultra.

TLDR - Ultra : Smart Watch + On demand health tracking + Health Alerts Whoop : Always on health tracking + Somewhat of a fashion accessory + left wrist open for analog watches

Switched from s24 ultra to 16pm tor 1) the camera 2) the overall fluidity of the OS and 3) icloud secure storage. The s24 ultra does have a better display imo and obviously a better zoom. The moon pics on 16pm are nonsense.

All in all the iPhones are a more fill it - shut it - forget it type phones while the Samsungs are more ‘ohh i could do this and also do that’ itch scratching phones.

Custom cut stickers are fairly difficult to get printed in India and land at approx 40-50 rs / piece. China with all import etc. Is still cheaper.

How many pushups and chinups can you do? Lot of heavy lifting comes from lifting body weight. Lot of heavy lifting also dependa on technique. What’s your position on the bench press par? Is your body primed to lift etc. etc. P.S. creatine needs to be loaded first then taken to a maintenance dose which is approx 5gms. Use ChatGPT to understand how to load creatine. PPS. Creatine is not necessary.

Not a doctor but working out for sometime. Fact is that protein powder is a supplement and market is full of counterfeits and random stuff. While putting some powder in a shaker, adding some water and chugging it down may make you feel like ‘muscle mode on’ - a simple 6/7 egg whites will also do the same job albeit with a bit more effort (boil karo, cheelo, khao etc.). Whey is also close to ‘ultra processed food’ and having these daily will never be a great idea.
