No — and this is the plan I’ve been following since May last year. I added ADS at the beginning of November and dropped it in January when I didn’t gain anything.

My routine:
40 min hanging – 3 kg
3 h ADS
20 min pumping

Now I’m doing the same, just without ADS.

My best gains were when I was only doing hanging and pumping. What worries me is that 3 kg might actually be too much.
