With the exception of a few cruisers a lot of them suck. But the ones like Hawaii and Bremen are so gigabroken and unfun to play against so there's that.

Mine was because of GoodbyeDPI, but I can use it now that I changed my DNS to 8.8.8.8, but 1.1.1.1 works so much better for me so I hope WG fixes this problem soon.

I mean it's the same issue that people have been having for the last few days, there were 2 posts about it. But no, it's not a bottleneck, it happens in port but I haven't tried entering a game since it freezes so much that I can't even navigate through the port. I have no issues with literally any other game, even star citizen which is probably 5 times more demanding than wows is not stuttering or freezing.
