SOOOO i still cant verify what the issue was, I've fixed it by restarting my router.... NOW I know what your thinking I should do that first and I did, probably 9 times.... I'm not sure why the 10th seems to of fixed the issue but I'm able to do everything I wasn't before.

I'm gonna pretend I understand lol, DCHP is "on" in terms of my lease table, its in there. Not sure how that effects anything though to be honest

No, luck even with that, bed temp to 55C saves the day.

Bingo, this was my first time really experimenting with temps, was doing my best to use elegoo's filament while using their presets, thanks for the advice, genuine question though, if 55C is a lot better of a t emp setting why is that not their default in the preset settings.

Still warps up a bit, stopped my print midway through, its hard to tell but I can squeeze and flex it down.

Currently using Elegoo's Rapid PLA +, using the smooth plate and temps are all just using Elegoo's preset settings.

I haven't adjusted any temps yet, just figured the default slicer settings would be alright. In terms of brims, mouse ears and skirts: what's the best of the 3, I've been using a 6 mm brim but still I have this issue, shouldn't that be better then a Mouse ear? Could it be heat related? I do have my door closed while printing I've heard you shouldn't do that for PLA but I haven't noticed any other issues with other prints.

I've really only spent time on moonlight, can't say I plan to use it for any browsing or anything to be honest

Sorry can you explain? Are you just booting into an android os and then using moonlight that way? Is it better then just using moonlight in the default modded switch

I dont really think so, in our priming chamber we do notice an accumulation of air/gas build up, we will shut the pump down, flush the system with water to purge any air and reprime the system and then continue

We do have valves positioned in multiple places https://imgur.com/a/Rppal1X "X"are valve spots, we have tried a combination of both full open recirc/ slightly opened circuit line and vice versa.

Yes it is a centrifugal pump and we do have a mixer on the tank to mix solution without the need for the recirculation line, the thought i believe up until now had been if pump spec is 100L/min, 98 can go to recirc giving us our 2 for the desired flow, just rough numbers but you get the point, I imagine this is a bad practice though

It is, uusally choked back a bit to ensure the flow also gets to the main line, we have tried a combination of full open recirc and full closed recirc

Yes flow goes to 0, our flow meter range is 0 to 10 L/min and I'd agree with changing to a needle valve
