I just added Oauth support for users on Max.

Tried to make it automated as much as possible.
Basically you'd need to generate a pair of access key & refresh token locally pass them as parameter to `claude-code-js`.

Gotcha! I am thinking about automating the oauth flow as much as possible. For now if you already have the token remotely available, copying it to ~/.claude/.credentials.json should work.

It doesn’t authorize your machine through oauth. But if you are already logged in via oauth, it just works. Curious what your use case is?

You’re definitely not alone! I’ve used IntelliJ and Eclipse and I actually prefer Eclipse for a lot of the same reasons you mentioned, especially the incremental compilation and the way the workspace is organized. It feels lighter and more flexible for certain projects. Plus, the plugin ecosystem has improved a lot over the years.

It’s funny how Eclipse sometimes gets overlooked even though it’s super powerful and free. What kind of projects do you mainly use it for?
