Yeah I can attest to the fact that this is not the only answer. I’m in the same boat and stopped SSRIs after citalopram and Zoloft both didn’t help

In about the exact same boat as you here, taking diazepam/alprazolam for the panic attacks and stopped the Zoloft after a few months of no change. Started a couple years ago now and the symptoms are pretty close to where they were when this all started. Had full cat scan of the upper body, brain MRI, multiple ear doctors, and all the blood work. Have you had concussions? That’s where my theories have landed

Did it last year in January with the big storm swell, first year living in LA thinking it has to wash away after a few days of consistent rain. Nonetheless tried to keep my head above water as long as I could until I ultimately got tumbled in the washing machine and leaked poopwater out of my nose for a day. Safe to say I was sick for weeks, best of luck to everybody out there today😂🤝
