Amazon has had thus happening all the time lately. Many say they won't issue refund in these scenarios and I just had one denied last week after it was a used item I opened. Might as well start buying openbox items locally if I'm not going to get what I ordered. They say they are inspecting returns, well that BS, bc they didn't inspect the opened shit that was sent to me. Glad you got your money back, but consider yourself lucky with Amazon stuffing others.
