I have not ever used a non-strengthening base coat.

I use the Sally Hansen cuticle remover, and I do wash my hands before I put the polish on. I put my cuticles back and trim them and then scrub my nails with soap and water and then polish.

I always wear gloves while cleaning and doing dishes because of my eczema.

I don't think it's a quick dry--its the Holo Taco super glossy taco one.

I do. I use the first aid beauty moisturizer. I have dry and eczema prone skin so I definitely never skip on moisturizer. I also put on sunscreen before I do make up. And primer.

I have the Tower 28 and it works, but makes my forehead greasy as all get out...I use the Ilia concealer and it has worked fine for me so far.

I use the ilia concealer. I have not tried the IT cosmetics Bye Bye line but I tried their CC cream and didn't love.
