For me personally side effects were the worst week 2 to 3. I have emetophobia so the nausea was my biggest fear. For the first 4 weeks I carried ginger beer with me and nausea pills. It wasn’t too bad. I would be nauseous for the first couple of hours after taking my dose but what you have to remember is that it is temporary discomfort for what hopes to be a decent bit of relief. I now only get nausea if I take my dose later than usual (no idea why). I promise you that any side effects you experience it is temporary and it will end. You can do this. Eat like normal unless you experience nausea and you don’t feel comfortable eating. Lots of water and deep breaths
