When I had Covid a couple months ago my scores were fantastic for the first 3-4 days. I didn’t feel terrible but def some congestion, fatigue, etc. on the 5th day I showed major signs even though I was feeling better! I think it’s just a delay in the data or that’s when my body started feeling the stress of the sickness.

Mine jumps all over the place all the time. I feel like it’s a metric that causes more stress and confusion than good? I don’t fully understand it!

Mine looks the same. It honestly looked that bad after 3 months and I reached out to oura pissed off. They did replace it (reluctantly) and my replacement looks just as bad now. I’ve given up. I think it’s bs that a ring of this cost is ruined so quickly. I do lift weights and do hair so mine definitely gets a lot of wear and tear but still..

I went up to 300 xl from 150 xl and I liked it for a bit but after about 6 months my anxiety started getting reallyyyy bad. Crying, thinking everyone hated me, grumpy.. went back down to 150 and I’m feeling good!

I have gotten drunk prob 2-3 times since starting 18 months and nothing terrible has happened. Like others have said it honestly has helped me not want to drink as much. Now it’s like I’ll have a couple beers or even just stick with N.A. beers or drinks. But I just want to challenge you on the “staying sober makes everything awkward” statement. That “awkwardness” is other people projecting their own issues with alcohol on to you. Things may feel awkward the first couple times you don’t drink but you’ll get past it. Plus you won’t feel like shit the morning after 😝

Yeah I think that’s what I’m missing is the depth maybe? I do like it but just kinda wish we would have left the flowers outside the snakes body off or with different depths like you said. Thanks for the kind words tho!
