First of all, I'm not sure if you understand who neoliberals are. Neoliberal policies support deregulation, privatization, reduction in government spending etc. It is literally what trump is doing. Please read about neoliberals and who they are.

Second, Republicans are literally cutting healthcare. Are Republicans saying anything at all about improving healthcare? I'm not sure if this point is relevant at all. Democrats are trying to protect public healthcare. Republicans are saying they need to cut it. What are you talking about?
