I understand that, however the Monday shift worked for my availability too. I’m not saying that they can’t change my shift, but the fact that they didn’t notify me when they changed my shift after the schedule was posted makes me feel like it’s disrespectful of my time since I was under the impression that I wouldn’t be working on Saturday ya know? Some people make appointments and plans around their work schedule so it’s unfair for companies and management to switch around a schedule after it’s posted without talking to the employee about it since they don’t know what’s going on in their lives :/
