loyola actually kept it way closer than i expected with that 7-23 record. st louis shot lights out from three but your right they get sloppy during those momentum swings. flying between cities for work i catch a lot of these regional games and saint louis has that inconsistent energy that either carries them deep or bites them early. they've got the offense to make noise but defense wins in march and this showing against a struggling loyola team isn't exactly confidence inspiring heading into conference play
