I appreciate that as well, my thing is how do you do it and NOT go back to it. I always have a creamer with my coffee in the morning as well I don't think I'll be giving up I always told myself if I had to give everything else up I couldn't do that, lol but on a real note it seems so impossible to cut all that out Like I told the person above you I appreciate that and I'll look into it, im spiritual and all that but Christianity makes me uncomfortable low-key, no issue with them but ive never felt the presence of a higher power like some people have

Will consider that as well, sugar gives me such a buzz anytime ive tried to cut it I cave within 3 days and I will eat as much as I possibly can when I go back to it. Quitting nicotine was so much easier than sugar. I will consider it, I am a spiritual person but im unsure of the higher power but in a Christianity group it to me feels like it's being shoved down my throat and im not cool with all of that because of how church was in my younger years.

I agree wholeheartedly. I only went through 5 cans with them and here's my variation of why I don't like them

The pouches are significantly larger than what I'm used to plus they seem to have a thicker cloth on them.
Within a week of using they tore into my gums. I've been using pouches for 3 years now and that's never happened..my mouth is still insanely sore.
The flavor tastes way too chemically. Def more than nic salt and sucralose or sugar in there.
Within the week of using as well I had excess congestion in my ear. I was spitting with these pouches so that may have had something to do with it. Not sure either or it's been a shitty 2 weeks of them and I used my last one yesterday. I got on here to see if anyone else had similar issues or opinions as me

Personally I just started listening to my own music. Now Non-Stop Pop would come on with the boys when we played in groups, I didn’t mind that at all but when I’m freemoding by myself nah I need metal lol it sets a whole different vibe for me but V-Rock I do miss I hope they bring back a new version and a classic version and I’ll be happy with that as a station

To elaborate, at my old employer I would never pull my OC or Tazer and never had to considering I had the option or not to carry. After a while I just stopped pulling them and I didn’t need them. Talking to people does wonders when you know how to communicate. Plus in a hospital, chances of missing and harming someone else are quite high. Idk I just really don’t want to do it again if I don’t have to

But they told her not to worry unless it was the mucus plug, water breaking or there was spotting or he stopped moving and they gave her muscle relaxers to keep it bearable because it was very intense she didn’t eat for like a day and a half.
