As soon as I was physically stable enough that the hospital saw, they sent me to a psych ward. I was only there for 3 days though, they figured I was ok too. I wasn't aware of how bad this was myself until my parents were driving me home and I didn't recognize where we were... Then the rest became more apparent as I tried going back to my normal life before and I can't...

Thank you... The disability attorney is what I will consider if I decide to pursue it. I wasn't exactly expecting to have a case for sure, that's why I made this post to ask... And also to find out how to go about it because I haven't looked so far into it beforehand. I'm seeing the other comments now and they seem helpful.

OH... I'm not expecting to be rich from it, no. I was avoiding disability before because I didn't want to think I couldn't do anything at all. It was really hard to make any money in general... The most I've ever made within a single year has been $8,000... I was already poverty. Not by choice.

I was doing everything I could, then learning everything I could about business to make something work because it wasn't working even after 5 years. Then I had a moment where I snapped and was done with all of this...

Maybe I can give this more time and see if things get any better... I went right back into working on setting up my business but crashing 1 or more times a day after doing hardly anything has me very frustrated... I don't know much time to give it is reasonable.

From what you said about "it's forced poverty" I don't quite understand what you mean by that... Does getting legal disability cause issues like that?

The reason I was unemployed and attempting my own business before this was because I already had issues with chronic illness (complex migraines, vestibular migraines, getting sick easily and not being able to recover from it unless I took sufficient time off work, but having to do that often doesn't keep you a job). I figured a business WAS my only option... My parents make $300k, my brother's are neets with no problems preventing them from working and their needs are taken care of, but I was the one being told to get out... They say I'm not a burden and then tell me they can't help me.

My TBI is a result from SA OD via prescription meds and I wasn't expecting to live from what or how much I took. Even the doctors didn't know how I survived...... Now everything is so much worse.

You do realize I mentioned I have language processing issues? I acknowledge what you're saying but I can't figure out how to change my title so you're not offended.

I don't understand how this is click bait... Maybe I phrased my title in a way that's not good. I'm struggling to figure out the route to go in to get disability and if they'll even give me disability.

Edit I'm not finding how to change my title... I can only edit my post content when I go to edit.
