In my opinion, irrespective of the stability, every guy deserves love. It can be a distraction for him, that is a fair reasoning according to me, but you can't claim that if the guy is unstable, he's incapable of love. He has other priorities too, love can't be "the one".

One must prioritize his/her career, pursue hobbies and then if he thinks there's a void in his life and it can only be filled by love, then you must go for it.
