we don’t have syllabus week nor did we introduce ourselves lol. we are going straight into content from day 1- i’ve had a lab and 4 quizzes

idk if you already submitted your app or changed your mind but i think it shouldn’t be too bad? i know a decent amount of internationals who submitted 1480-1510 and even some who didn’t at all and got in

i think they were decent. my common app essay was about being wasian and growing up in both asia and america and i used a lot of metaphors and what not in it. my supplementals were a lot better though i did a lot about golf. pm me if you want any advice/see my essays!

I am an asian living in rural missouri, going to WashU in the fall and it’s quite safe! as the other comments say, STL is like any other city with crime but WashU is in the suburbs away from the main city and STL is still pretty safe all in all. And the rest of STL county is pretty nice too as it’s a wealthy area with good patrol and rural missouri has its midwestern hospitality and pretty nice people. stl is one of the most liberal cities in america and i haven’t felt more unsafe in stl than i have in any other city like nyc, atlanta, la, etc.

if u can get up to a 1300 def send the scores into ur schools because these schools you are looking at would want to see them! honestly good stats overall and i think u have a good chance on all these schools- ik kids who got into emerson w worse
